Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, not including holidays. Please make sure that your shipping address is a secure location, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Return Policy:

Returns must be shipped within two weeks after delivered date with return request to hello@cha-yii.com Items must be unused and undamaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. When shipping an item back to us for a return, we advise packing it well and noting FRAGILE on the package. It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. 

Sale Items:

Sale merchandise is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damages:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@cha-yii.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
